Washington Farms has part-time seasonal positions available every spring and fall! We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals that love working with people and enjoy the outdoors! You must be at least 15 years old to apply. Weekday morning and/or weekend availability is a must. Please read through the different job descriptions below before filling out the application to get an idea of what types of positions we offer!

Food Service

  • Prepare and serve a variety of fun farm food
  • Take orders, interact with guests, and handle transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness of cooking, serving, and eating areas
  • Clean and sanitize workstations on a regular basis
  • Assist farm guests as needed
  • Restock supplies
  • Wash dishes and clean machines daily
  • Prior food handling or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Food Service

Cashiers

  • May work in admissions, Barnyard Grill, Sweet Shack, Pizza Barn, maze shed, flower shed, or pumpkin/strawberry selling shed
  • Responsible for answering questions and interacting with guests with a positive attitude
  • Must be friendly!!!

Activities Operator

  • Monitor and facilitate activities such as: Petting Zoo, Jumping Pillows, Paintball, Zip Lines, Cow Train, Jump Pad and More!
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable enforcing safety rules
  • Able to interact with guests and children in a friendly, helpful, and professional way

Activities Operator

  • Monitor and facilitate activities such as: Petting Zoo, Jumping Pillows, Paintball, Zip Lines, Cow Train, Jump Pad and More!
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable enforcing safety rules
  • Able to interact with guests and children in a friendly, helpful, and professional way

Tractor Drivers (Age 18 & older only)

  • Operate tractors that pull Hayrides, Grain Train, and Cow Train
  • Assist guests getting on and off the activity
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests by enforcing the rules at each station
  • Must be friendly and enjoy interacting with guests
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a good driving record
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required – we will train you

Tractor Drivers (Age 18 & older only)

  • Operate tractors that pull Hayrides, Grain Train, and Cow Train

  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
  • Restock sodas, napkins, condiments, and sanitizer stations throughout the farm
  • Collect and clean used food trays
  • Empty trash cans
  • Odd jobs as needed
  • Assist guests as needed
  • Must be motivated and able to stay on task while working independently

About Washington Farms

Washington Farms is a family owned agritourism farm located in Bogart, Ga. It was started in 1993 and has continued to provide our community and surrounding counties with a fun, activity packed, family-friendly farm experience. We offer U-Pick strawberry picking in the spring as well as a U-Pick pumpkin patch and corn maze in the fall. We also have a wide range of over 35 fun activities for families to come to the farm and enjoy. The ultimate goal of Washington Farms is to provide a place where families and friends can come make memories that will last a lifetime! Our motto is just that: “Making Memories since 1993.”
