We are excited that you are interested in joining the Washington Farms Team! Washington Farms is a family owned Agritourism Farm located in Bogart, Georgia that was started in 1993. During the fall, we grow an 6.5 acre corn maze, pumpkins, sunflowers and wild flowers. We also have a wide range of many fun activities for families to come to the farm and enjoy. During the spring we grow our famous Pick-Your-Own strawberries and offer additional weekend activities as well. The ultimate goal of Washington Farms is to provide a place where families and friends can come make memories that will last a lifetime! Our motto is just that: “Making Memories since 1993.” As good stewards, Washington Farms strives to honor our God given farm to create a wholesome atmosphere, which strengthens family bonds within our communities and staff, while educating the public about agriculture.
Seasonal Spring TEAM MEMBERS
We are looking for friendly and hardworking individuals that are motivated and enjoy working outside with people! We have part-time seasonal positions available. You must be at least 15 years old to apply. Weekday morning and/or weekend availability is necessary. ASSISTANT FARM MANAGER
(Full-Time)

Seasonal Team Member Job Descriptions
FOOD SERVICE
- Prepare and serve a variety of food, desserts, and snacks
- Take orders, interact with guests and handle transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness of cooking, serving, and eating areas
- Clean and sanitize workstations on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Restock shelves and food supplies
- Wash dishes and clean machines daily
- Prior food handling or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
- Assist guests as needed
CASHIERS
- Work in admissions building, concessions buildings, kettle corn building, maze shed and pumpkin selling shed
- Handle transactions such as selling tickets, pumpkins, food and drinks
- Responsible for answering questions and interacting with guests with a positive attitude
- Must be friendly and able to interact with guests
- Assist guests as needed
CORN COPS (Fall Season Only)
- Patrol the corn maze and assist guests
- Enforce rules to ensure a fun and safe environment
- Must be able to engage and interact with guests of all ages
- Comfortable working independently
ACTIVITIES OPERATOR
- Monitor and facilitate activities: Petting Zoo, Jumping Pillows, Paintball, Zip Line, Bounce House, Cow Train, Inflatable Slide and More!
Comfortable working independently - Able to interact with guests and children in a friendly, helpful and professional way
DRIVERS (Age 18 & above ONLY.)
- Operate tractors that pull Hayrides, Grain Train and Cow Train
- Assist guests on and off the wagon or train
- Maintain safety first and foremost by enforcing the rules at each station
- Must be personable individuals who enjoy greeting and talking with guests
- Must be at least 18 years old with a good driving record
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus to get along with some of our old tractors and equipment
- Assist guests as needed
WORK / SANITATION CREW
- Clean and sanitize playground and activity areas
- Wipe down and clean picnic tables, eating areas
- Restock hand sanitizer stations
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, restock toilet paper, paper towels and soap
- Restock sodas, condiments, collect and clean food trays
- Empty trash cans
- Restock napkin holders
- Collect wheelbarrows from parking lot
- Odd jobs and other maintenance
- Motivated and able to stay on task while working independently
- Assist guests as needed
