Be assured that we aim to follow recommendations from our local and national health and government officials to limit transmission of all illnesses on the farm, and will continue to do so. However, despite our careful attention to disinfection, social distancing, and other safety measures, there is still a chance that you could be exposed to an illness while working at Washington Farms. Although we plan to take all reasonable measures to keep our employees and customers safe, due to the nature of this job, it is impossible to avoid all risks associated with contracting COVID-19. Due to these risks, we are requiring all employees to agree to and sign the following Liability Release Waiver.

By signing this waiver you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge Washington Farms, its employees, owners, and customers from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any work or activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
