BOTH Parties Include:

• General admission for either 10 or 25 guests, depending on party option (Guests can be children, adults, or a mix of both)
• 2 hour private tent rental
• FREE general admission for the birthday child and two parents/guardians (General Admission does NOT include mega slide, gem mining, paintball, or strawberry picking!)
• Access to the spring farm activities (Activities available for additional cost: mega slide, gem mining, paintball, or strawberry picking!)
• Special allowance to bring birthday cake, party food, non-alcoholic drinks, and decorations to the party area!
• Shuttle service for party supplies and birthday family to the party area

Note: PLEASE communicate to any parents if you are including them on the paid guest list, or if you are only paying for their child to attend. Every person attending the birthday party MUST have a general admission wristband. If you are not paying for parents to attend, please make sure they know to purchase a ticket online ahead of time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we only stay for two hours?

You will only be able to utilize the reserved party tent for the two hour period, but you are welcome to arrive early and/or stay after your party time to enjoy all the fun activities Washington Farms has to offer! You will be allowed to arrive up to 30 minutes before your start time to set up the party area. You will be required to have the space cleared out by the party’s end time, but your admission will be valid until we close at 5pm!

What concessions are available?

Our Sweet Shack offers drinks, kettle corn, hand squeezed lemonade, slushies, homemade donuts, and homemade strawberry ice cream. Our Barnyard Grill offers hamburgers, BBQ, chicken fingers, and French fries. Our Pizza Barn will have hot cheese and pepperoni pizza available too! You will have the option to pre-order pizza, kettle corn, or ice cream to be delivered to your birthday party tent when you purchase your party package online. Click Here to visit our food page!

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

You are welcome to bring cake, ice cream, drinks, snacks, etc. for your party! Please understand that we do not have coolers or freezers available, so plan accordingly if you decide to bring ice cream cake, fruit, or other snacks that need to be kept cool. We do not allow alcohol on the farm at any time.

What happens if it rains?

Because all of our activities are outdoors, we always recommend that you have a back-up plan. Whether it’s rescheduling your party for another day or taking the festivities back to your house the same day, have a plan in place in case the farm is closed due to weather. We typically do not make a decision to close until the morning of. If the weatherman predicts a high chance of rain the day of your party, and you would feel more comfortable canceling a day or two in advance, we completely understand. You will not be charged for your party if you decide to cancel!

What forms of payment do you accept on the farm?

We accept cash, check, and card on the farm. Admission tickets and birthday parties can be purchased online only.

What is the best way to transport everything to the party tent?

We will pick you up and bring all of your party decorations and food to the party tent via golf cart. We ask that you pack everything in tubs or boxes so it can easily be loaded and unloaded without getting dirty or blown away.

What does the party area look like?

Parties are held under outdoor, covered tents. Please plan appropriately for the weather and possibly wind. Each party tent holds 10-12 picnic tables.
