We are so excited & grateful that you want to come back and work at the farm with us again! 🙂 We hope that we can offer everyone a job position this season, however, please know that filling out this application does not guarantee you a job position this spring at the farm. Based on your performance during the previous season(s), we may not have a position for you this season. Thank you for understanding!

  • Availability and Schedule

  • Our part-time positions are seasonal, but DO require a minimum amount of availability to be considered.
  • The more you are available to work, the more likely you are to be hired.
  • You do not have to be available every day Monday-Friday to be eligible to work the weekday hours. If you can work at least two days during the week, then go ahead and select the options that work for your schedule. Check all that apply

  • COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver
    Thank you for your interest in working at Washington Farms. As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19 at any time or place. Be assured that we aim to follow recommendations from our local and national health and government officials to limit transmission of all illnesses on the farm, and will continue to do so. However, despite our careful attention to disinfection, social distancing, and other safety measures, there is still a chance that you could be exposed to an illness while working at Washington Farms. Although we plan to take all reasonable measures to keep our employees and customers safe, due to the nature of this job, it is impossible to avoid all risks associated with contracting COVID-19. Due to these risks, we are requiring all employees to agree to and sign the following Liability Release Waiver.

    By signing this waiver you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
    • I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing.
    • I further acknowledge that Washington Farms has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus/COVID-19.
    • I further acknowledge that Washington Farms cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, farm employees, owners, customers, and their families.

    Following the announcements above I hereby declare the following:
    • I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during my work and all participation at Washington Farms and I recognize that I may in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19.
    • With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge Washington Farms, its employees, owners, and customers from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any work or activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
    • I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Washington Farms from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.

    By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation. If you are below eighteen (18) years old, your parent or legal guardian needs to read, agree, and sign this Liability Release Waiver.

    This waiver will remain effective until laws and mandates relevant to COVID-19 are lifted.
