TICKETS:
Can I buy tickets at the farm?
Yes, however tickets cost more to buy at the window, and you may arrive at a time when we are sold out of tickets for that time-slot; therefore you would not be able to purchase tickets at that time. Our BEST PRICED tickets are sold online. Tickets sold at the window are $21+tax per person ages 2 & up.

ARRIVAL TIMES:
Why are there arrival times?
In an effort to keep our customers and staff safer and happier, we use time-arrivals on our tickets to keep the numbers of customers more evenly distributed throughout the days and weekends. We have max number capacity limits per hour to hopefully avoid extremely large of numbers of customers at our farm at any one time. We began this in 2020 with even smaller capacity limits, due to COVID-19, and we are continuing them this fall.

Do I have to arrive exactly at the arrival time on my ticket? 
You should arrive within the hour of your selected time slot. For example: if you purchased a ticket for 2:00pm, you can arrive between 2:00pm – 3:00pm.

WEATHER CONDITIONS: 
Please be sure to check the home page of our website for weather conditions & updates BEFORE coming out to the farm. We will always update our website if we have to close due to poor weather conditions. If Washington Farms has to close due to weather, you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.

EDITING / CHANGING TICKETS:
Can I edit or change my tickets?
Maybe it’s raining, or something came up and you are unable to come visit on the date & time of your tickets.
If you end up needing to edit your tickets or change the date and time you’re coming, you can do so by following the steps below! Please note that you can edit your tickets up to 24 hours before the date and time of your ticket. You cannot edit them after that window has passed. 

How To Create an Account & Edit Your Tickets:

Step 1. Scroll to the bottom of your ticket confirmation email and click on “Edit Tickets and Manage Account”.
Step 2. Click “Claim Account” on the customer portal site.
Step 3. You’ll receive an email after claiming the account. In that email, click “Activate Account”.
Step 4. Set up your password
Step 5. Once you’re logged in, click on the “Tickets” tab.
Step 6. Select the order that needs editing and click “View Details”.
Step 7. Click the “Edit Tickets” button.
Step 8. Click on the Calendar icon and select your new date and time.
Step 9. After you select a new date and time, it’ll automatically show “zero” tickets in the quantity dropdown. Simply select how many tickets you’ll need again (or how many you originally purchased)
Step 10. Once you select your tickets with the new date and time, you can checkout! (If you’re only switching the date and time of original tickets, you won’t be charged anything. If you’re adding more tickets to your order, you’ll pay for the additional tickets at checkout.)
