Choosing a date and time: Please consider bus availability, school testing dates, holidays, etc. The time you select will be the arrival and check-in time for your field trip.

If your group is tax exempt, please attach a copy of your tax exempt certificate now or email it to fieldtrip@washingtonfarms.net prior to the day of your field trip. If we do not have one on file before the field trip, you will be charged tax. The tax exemption will only apply to children and teachers paid through the school.
I understand that full payment will be due on the day of my field trip. Any non-refundable deposits already paid will be applied to the final invoice.*
I understand that I will be asked to forward a liability waiver link to all parents/guardians of children attending the field trip.*
*NEW!* For groups of 100 students or more, there is a non-refundable deposit of $1 per student that is required upon booking. For groups of fewer than 100 students a cancellation fee will be charged if they cancel their reservation within two weeks of their field trip date.*
*NEW!* Once a reservation is confirmed, one date change is allowed at no cost. Any subsequent date changes will incur a $25 change fee that will be added to the final invoice.*
*NEW!* I understand that I will be asked to communicate to all parents attending the field trip that they will need to purchase their tickets ONLINE.*
