 We have 3 special field trip options for Homeschool Groups!

Alternatively, you and your group can simply purchase General Admission weekday tickets and come any day that we’re open!

OPTION 1 (For Groups of Any Size!): 

Come see us on Columbus Day, Monday OCTOBER 13th!

On October 12th we have MORE ACTIVITIES open than on typical weekday mornings (when we offer field trips).

Simply purchase your field trip tickets online for the day of your choosing! (You do not need to complete a Field Trip Reservation Form.)

Prior to your visit, each family will purchase their own Field Trip Tickets online HERE.

*Please be sure to select “Field Trips Parent / Field Trip Student” tickets, DO NOT select WEEKDAY TICKET, or you will not receive the discounted ticket price.

Fill out the official registration form at the bottom of this page to let us know you’re coming. Once your date is confirmed, you’ll purchase all of your tickets online HERE!

Requirements for official registration:

  1. Must have 30 or more STUDENTS in attendance (minimum of 30 students does not include parents/teachers).
  2. One appointed Lead Teacher / Organizer must email us at: fieldtrip@washingtonfarms.net to book your field trip date & time.
  3. Prior to your visit, each homeschool family must purchase their tickets ONLINE here.  Please be sure to select “Field Trips Parent / Field Trip Student tickets, DO NOT select WEEKDAY TICKET, or you will not recieve the discounted ticket price.
    • Include the name of your homeschool group in the “school name” section.  Ask your lead teacher/organizer who made the reservation for the school name if you don’t know it. This is required to receive the field trip reduced rate, free mini-pumpkin for students, and a coupon.
    • Upon arrival, show your online reservation purchase at the admissions booth to get your armbands.

Additional Information

Will you have a specific departure time that your classes / buses need to leave the farm in order to get back to your school on time?*
Farm activities close at 1:30pm
Are you planning to use our picnic tables and eat a snack or lunch at the farm?
*NEW!* For groups of 100 students or more, there is a non-refundable deposit of $1 per student that is required upon booking. For groups of fewer than 100 students a cancellation fee will be charged if they cancel their reservation within two weeks of their field trip date.*
*NEW!* Once a reservation is confirmed, one date change is allowed at no cost. Any subsequent date changes will incur a $25 change fee that will be added to the final invoice.*
Full payment will be due on the day of my field trip. Any non-refundable deposits already paid will be applied to the final invoice.*
I will be responsible for communicating important information to parents/guardians who will be attending the field trip (how to purchase tickets, sign waivers, etc).*
